Manufacture and the sale of raw materials to the food industry constitute a significant portion of Mokate company’s operation. We manufacture food raw products in two plants – in Żory and in Ustroń. The entire process takes place in a latest generation so called pulverizing towers.
These towers, 36 meters high contain entirely computerized technological lines. Individual stages of production are subject to thorough supervision and monitoring in conformance to world standards. There are only a few similar class equipment such as this in Europe and not many more in the world. Production technology and balanced recipes brought Mokate company into the leading group of companies placing emphasis and priority on changes in the consumption profile – on a global scale. Consequently, whiteners became our leading export product maintaining a high dynamic level from one year to the next. Currently, over 40 countries on all continents are customers of this product. Mokate frothing agents are especially valued on the European market, that is exclusive gourmet cappuccino bases ensuring an exceptionally stable foam.
